Vermouth Modern Cocktails

1. Paper Plane

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Bourbon
• 30 ml Naturi per Spritz
• 30 ml Amaro Nonino
• 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions:

1. Fill a shaker with ice.
2. Add bourbon, Naturi per Spritz, Amaro Nonino, and lemon juice.
3. Shake well until chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

2. Martinez

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Gin
• 45 ml Naturi Rosso
• 5 ml Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add gin, Naturi Rosso, maraschino liqueur, and orange bitters.
3. Stir well until chilled.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

3. White Negroni

Ingredients:

• 45 ml Gin
• 30 ml Naturi Dirty Dry
• 15 ml Suze
• Lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add gin, Naturi Dirty Dry, and Suze.
3. Stir well until chilled.
4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.

4. Corpse Reviver #2

Ingredients:

• 30 ml Cointreau
• 30 ml Naturi Dirty Dry
• 30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 dash Absinthe
• Lemon peel for garnish
